Venice Park District

The Venice Park District parks and facilities are the core of our community, and we strive to offer recreational space to one and all. Whether you’re looking for jungle gyms, basketball courts, green space, walking trails, picnic areas or community gatherings, we have the recreational space for you. The Recreation Center is available to rent at a nominal fee. All other areas in the Venice Park District area 100% free to enjoy!

How To Book The RecCenter

• Our Recreation Center is available to rent for $100 per hour, with a $150 deposit shall be paid upon signing the rental application.
• The rental payment must be paid no later then 14 days prior to the rental date.
• You can find our application form here. 
• Deposit will be returned upon a passed inspection of the recreation center after use.

The Redbird Rookies Are Coming To Venice Park!

Venice Park will soon be hosting the Redbird Rookies youth league and registration for a new volunteer couch and players is now open. Redbird Rookies is a free, non-competitive recreational baseball and softball league sponsored by Cardinals Care for youth ages 5-13. The program provides everything needed for each team, including uniforms and equipment, and goes beyond the game by offering off-field support in the areas of health, education, mentoring, cultural arts, and scholarship opportunities.
